Professional Movers & Packers — Damaged Goods & Goods stolen

This is a complaint against Professional Movers & packers. They moved my household goods from Mumbai to Hyderabad. Due to certain conditions i had asked them to store thegoods in their godown to which they agreed unconditionally. Once i received the goods they were in a very damaged condition. Also some of the goods were stolen. Inspite getting insured for the goods, now these guys are avoiding my calls. A step further, they now say that we have not delived any such goods to hyderabad. I have all the transport related papers to fight against them. Also the person who delived the goods has signed on back of teh bill that some goods were damaged / stolen. I completely agree with this gentleman...Professional courier is highly irresponsible and the worst movers and packers i have come across...Infact this was the first time i tried using professional packers and movers services because of the cost advantage, and ended up being a fool...The goods which i posted from Bangalore to UP was not yet dispatched even after 2 weeks, the justication they provide is they don't have trucks available...i am shocked, the executive spoke rudely and then challenged me to do whatever i can...as i hav relocated now, i don't knw what to do...i m very unhappy with the staff and the service...
