[Resolved]  Proview Constructions Limited — Delay in construction and discrepancies in plan

Hi Sir

I have purchased a flat in Proview Laboni, this building is being constructed near crossings republic on NH-24 in ghaziabad, the biulder had promised the completion of construction with all the amenities like club house, park etc by Dec 2010, its end of March 2011 now and the current state of construction is such that it doesnt seem as if even by 2011 year end the biulder will be in a position to hand over the possesion to us, along with this there are various irregularities such as the green open area meant for park as described initially by builder is being reduced, there is no club house in scene, other major issue is that the size of rooms and flat has been reduced then what was promised.

There is no proper response from the builder in regard of the above mentioned issues, he is not ready to give any kind of penalty for delay in construction, at the same time there is no accountability and they are not ready promise any date by which the construction would be completed.
