[Resolved]  PRTC Bus Service — Inconvinience faced in PRTC buses

Today 07/03/2010 now i am in your bus. On the way to Ludhiana (raikot to Ludhiana). I am south indian. Your ticket man attitude is very bad. He dont know how 2 behav other. . .he is sing with yellow head band. I dont know the bus number.i wil check and i wil send it u.

ON DT.30/05/2010, I CAUGHT PRTC BUS NO.PB-11Z 5885 FROM CHANDIGARH TO PATHANKOT VIDE TICKET NO.049484 TIME 15/35/51 FROM SECTOR 43 CHANDIGARG BUT AFTER 20 K.M. IN KRALI BUS STOPPED AS PER THE REPORT OF MR.SAT PAL DRIVER & MR. PARAMJIT SINGH CONDUCTOR OF THAT BUS. ABOUT 50 TO 60 PASSANGER WAS IN THE BUS. WE STAY KURALI FROM 3.15 P.M. TO 5.30 P.M. UNNECESSIRILY ON THE ROAD BUT CONDUCTOR WAS NOEITHER REFUND THE MONEY NOR STOPPING ANY BUS. WE TREACHED IN PATHANKOT AT ABOUT 10.30 P.M. IN PLACE OF 8.30 OP.M. WHILE MANY PASSANGERS EVEN SINGLE GIRLS WAS GOING TO CHAMBA WHICH WAS MISS DUE TO BUS. SO, I REQUEST TO PLEASE MAINTAIN THE PRTC BUSES EVEN IF THERE IS ANY FAULT THE SHOULB BE REPLACE IMMEDIATELY.

We are trevlling daily from patiala to Nabha through PRTC,
IN morning and evning we face lot of problem due to shortage of Buses and the buses on this rout are in poor condition. Its an Hummble request to you to take a neccessry step on it...so that it makes easy for all the trellver to trevel

On 01 Jan 2011 at 7 PM, I boarded in PRTC bus Registeration Number PB03W 7574 from Ambala Cantt to Shambhu Border. Only 15-16 pessengers are traveling in the bus. Conductor ask to pay fare Rs 15 inplace of Rs 10/- and I have paid the same. He has not issue the ticket to me. I have asked about the ticket but conductor of the bus refused to issue the ticket and misbehave with me and try to manhandle. I shocked on the behave of the conductor and he forcly dropped me in route.

Attitude of conductor is very bad. I notice that conductor is not worry about the proffit of the carporation. He is worry only about the profit of himself.

I am requested you to look in to the matter and take appropriate action against the defaulter and issue the suitable instructions to the conductors.

Sir I would like to bring to your notice that I booked online ticket from Amritsar to Delhi, 10:00 PM bus timings, 2 Passengers, Seat no. 9, 10 however i had to face the harassment as the Conductor refused to give me the seat in the bus and the seats was sold to someone else.He told he is not responsible as its managements duty to give him the trip sheet for online booking which they did not and he took away his bus.

I would request you to please look in to the matter.

Hello Sir / Madam,

Today early morning (26-sep-2011) Monday i was traveling from sunam to chandigarh by PRTC bus no. PB 13T 7751. The timing of bus is 5:30am from sunam. The bus conductor and his friend who is also a staff of PRTC didn't allowed to sit me although the seat was vacant. When i tried to ask the reason then the friend of conductor(Pamma) who is also a PRTC staff member replied me that there is no benefit or use of sympathy because once he was sick and no one offered him seat. Pamma who is bus conductor also started to support his friend. This incident happend with me first time and i am very disappointed. Please take strict action so that those guys can understand that how to behave with the passengers. They are misbehaving just because of there personal matters and ego problems. i hope that you will take strict action.

this is complaint against punjab roadways bus No is Pb 11 AT 9088 conductor name Mr. Sukhjinder singh, i travel from Phagwara to Ludhiana Evening 7.40pm. that person charge Rs.31 as per rule he does not give me ticket, he says i will give you later but we reach phelor but that person not give me ticket. when i want my ticket he says its ok, there is my responsibility don't worry. he drunk and abused me. for long discussion he give ticket from phelor to ludhiana Rs, 16 only. he says no body harm me you will try every where . so please take some action, that person challenge me and you Punjab Govt also. i will send you snap of ticket and also give in consumer court also. i will doing CCTV work in Govt Dept. i compalint Mr. Gurpreet singh S.H.O in Punjab Police. So please This is my Humble request to take action Positively.

1. AS U KNOW THERE IS NO TIME SCHDULE OF BUSES.

2. WANT TO TELL U ITS S VERY GOOD ROUTE IF TIME SCHEDULE IS SET.

3. IF AT ALL BUSES COMES IT WILL COME AFTER THE PRIVATE BUSES ONLY (PRADAN OR YADAV )

4. THEY DO NOT EVEN HAVE ROUTE PERMITS STILL THEY ARE RUNNING THE BUSES

dear sir it is complaint agenist driver & condector I am sitting in semi ac bus timming is 5:30 pm bus is going to patiala to malerkotla but driver ask me not to sit in bus becouse bus dont stop at nabha . but bus board shows delhi to malerkotal via patiala & nabha is it right by the conducter and the bus stops at nabha why we say govt transport goes in loss .they dont now how to take
