[Resolved]  Psychologist Dr. Shailesh Pangaonkar, Ravi nagar, Nagpur — Unprofessional and unwilling service to the patients

Respected Sir,
I had been to this clinic at Ravi Nagar as prescribed to me by a Homeopath. However when I reached the clinic the reception staff displayed a very unhelpful and unwilling approach.

I wanted to see the doctor immediately, However they told me that I will have to fix an appointment and only then I can meet the doctor. They got me an appointment date that was 15 days ahead of the present day. I had no alternative so I agreed to report at the said time and day.

I reached the clinic on that particular day one hour before the said time. However when I asked the receptionist about how long I will have to wait? He replied mischieviously that I will not be able to meet the doctor for next 2 and half hours. He said that all the other patients were also waiting for their turn and also that some of the patients are the ones whom the doctor was unable to attend yesterday.

I wanted to report the doctor about the effects of medicene prescribed by him which were troubling me. I tried to reach him on the phone so that I could discuss the matter within a few minutes. However when I called the clinic, the receptionists reported that the doctor does not take calls while he is examining the patients and hence they disconnected the call.

I needed to tell the doctor about the symptoms because they might be uncontrallable later on. So I decided to personally visit the doctor and tell him about the same. The receptionists did not allow me to visit the doctor without appointment. How am I supposed to express myself to get my disease treated?
