I had placed an order for a bouquet of flowers to be delivered at an address in pune on 13th feb 2010. I paid a sum of Rs. 849 using my credit card on the website. The flowers have not been delivered as yet. I have tried calling the customer care number given on the site but no one picks up and it goes to voicemail. I also sent two mail to the email id's given in the confirmation mail and the website but there is not response. These people are running some sort of a fraud. I demanded my money back but there has been no response. The order ID for the order I placed is POF-[protected]. Kindly stop this kind of fraud from happening on the internet and help me retrieve my money. Was this information helpful? |
