Pure Water House, Bangalore — Not servicing kent water filter bought from them

I had bought a Kent RO water filter from Pure Water House, Bangalore about 6 months back. The filter is still under warranty and it has stopped working. I have put in a complaint and called them many times. They keep saying that the person will come today for sure but no one comes. I have been calling many times in a day as it is difficult without filter due to bad water quality in our complex. While selling the filter the company is giving assurance of good service but in reality they just want to sell and not give service.

Same issue as previous person. No one shows up for repair. The kent stopped working and now they keep on saying someone will show up. But no one does.

Worst Water Purifier company Pure Water House. I too purchased kent Grand RO from them and facing the curse of buying a defective product from them.Multiple issues within few months of purchase.Pure Water House is a big thief, should be immediately shut down by administration and the owner put behind bars

This is a fraud company, don't go with them. They sell you a wrong product which in my case is water softner and after that they make excuses and tell that your consumption is more. I am fed up of them. Please help me in getting back my money.
