but we do not care it. we just purchase the lens like others asseceroies.

i totally agree with preety that purecon is a very good company and they go out of their way to help their customers. I cant say what was wrong in your matter but i will say that Purecon is a very nice company and they are very co operative and helpful. So pls dnt judge such a big company by one small problem. Try it once more and you will come to know. And specially the customer care, they are so kind and helpful. Best cust. care of any company i have experienced so far.
