[Resolved]  purvanchal construction works pvt. ltd. — exploitation by the builder

The builder is exploiting the residents of its society silver city II. Even after buying expensive apartments, it feels like we are staying in rented accomodation.
1. According to the agreement signed with the builder while buying the house, the maintainance charges were to be 1500, but at the time of taking posession the maintainence charges were raised to Rs 2000 pm.
2. The builder charges Rs 4000 as gate pass amount to let the carpenter enter the society to get the woodwork of your house done. So in addition to what you to the carpenter, and all the cost of getting the woodwork done in your house, you have to pay the 4000 to the builder. If you don't compy the electricity of your house would be cut. No account of where did this money go?
3. The builder charge Rs 700 pm for power backup and electricity, even when you are not living in your house, or even you don't have a electricity connection yet.
4. So you are paying a minimum of more than Rs 3000, even for a small apartment. They are simply looting the residents of their society. In recession when they are unable to sell houses, they are making money by looting the resident.
5. Threaten residents to cut water/ electricity.
6. Provide very bad services.
