[Resolved]  PURVANCHAL VIDYUT VITRAN NIGAM LIMITED, ED-II. MIRZAPUR, UP(E) — Payment of Electricity Bills : Consumer No.[protected]

I am Cent. Govt. Officer and due to my exigencies of service, I am to move from place to place on transfer/posting etc. No Elect. Bill is delivered to my address at Vill: BANDHAWA MAHABIR, P.O: VINDHYACHAL-231307, Distt: MIRZAPUR, UP(E). No Bill-Amount be ascertained unless I while on leave, report personally to SDO-II for make payments. I requested EDD-II to allow me to make payment ONLINE/ECS but no acknowledgement, even no receipt sent to me against my payments by A/c Payee SBI-Vindhyachal Cheques. This is most unexpected from the Administration of Repute. Please Confirm.

I am Senior Citizen (Woman) staying alone at Vill: Bandhawa Mahabir, Vindhyachal-231307, Distt. Mirzapur, U.P., find too much difficulties in Erratic, Irregular and fluctuating Power Supply. Meter-Readings are not taken into record for calculation of Billing Amounts, as such Bills are generated PROVISIONALLY inspite of supplied readings time to time. Billed-Amounts are always improper and unexpected from SDO-II. Numerous reportings and representations had become futile. May I draw the attention of EDD-II, PVVN Ltd., now ? Please confirm.

No reply, No investigation; No Customer Care, Inflated Electricity Bills - no data-recording, amounts of last paid bills added-up in subsequent Bills. No Work-Culture in this Public Office?

No reply, No response! EDD-II is expected to look into the matters of Consumers Services. I sincerely say that I wish to pay my Electricity Dues on time; And I therefore, suggest to EDD-II to allow me to pay my Bills online/ECS. Please confirm.

pls provide my nalkoop(pumpinset) connection no & conecction status. my work order and alll formalites is complete last six month but till date i am not get any conection

Two years elapsed, absolutely no action taken to set right the Improper Billings, Updating the Meter Readings, Brought Forwarding the Amounts Paid, Data Advices etc. by the SDO-II, PVVN Ltd. of Jangi Road, Mirzapur. The Consumers are harassed, forced to pay as per the wises of SDC. The reporting to SDO-II as well as EDD-II by writing went in vein.

I reported personally to SDO-II of PVVN Ltd., Mirzapur about Improper Elect. Bills with 320 Units as PR; Whereas, Meter-Reader and JE(Vindhyachal) noted my meter but Dealling Assistant of the Office of SDO-II sent no DATA - Advice properly with updated Meter Readings, also no paid-amount of my bills accounted/ brought forwarded. All these lapses are causing hepty bills subsequently.
