[Resolved] Pushpanjali Gas Service, Muzaffarpur, Bihar — INDANE gas cylinder not yet delivered

I booked Indane gas for home delivery on 07/04/11 to M/S Pushpanjali Gas Service, Muzaffarpur (Bihar) to which I am a consumer no.PT-2036. They promise to make delivery by 10 days but they do not deliver so. But in the present case, they have not made delivery as yet even after the lapse of 15 days. Kindly help. I am Senior Citizen aged 69 years with no body to help as my children are settled far off & do not stay with us.
