We booked a plot in Shubham project through Mr. Pramod Singh of Nakshatra Realtors. He was very nice before we booked the plot but after booking he was changed. He gave us all the wrong information about the project. Finally after we made the full payment, at the time of Registry, he could not answer for any questions in respect of the plot; like when will be the marking done? When will be the development work start and how much time it will take? What about the road, sewer work start and how much time it will take? He either did not give any specific information or he gave wrong information. Our Registry was done 8 months before, till date the marking of plot, sewer n water line work, road work, or electric work, nothing has been started. For that reason not even 5 plot owners could not start boundary work. Forget about construction. At the time of booking Mr. Singh told us that the site plan of some plot owners have been approved and they will start construction in couple of months. It is almost full year has been passed, there is no sign of any development. Now if we try to call him, he don't answer most of the time and if he answer the phone, he will put blame on the owners. In totality, he is not at all reliable and now the builder is asking for EDC n IDC charges at the rate of Rs.1125.00 per sq. yard when there is no sign of any development in the project. Secondly, all the plot owners have not been sent demand letter asking to pay EDC n IDC charges. We are not sure about the future, but at present it seems that we are not in good hands. So, please be aware and make sure and clear with the builder in writing about every thing before investing in this project. Even if you decided to invest, deal with any good broker or the company directly. Good Luck to the future buyers!

As u see the several complaints, all are fake and they all don't have booked Flat and Plot in our "SHUBHAM" Project Haridwar. You can see all complaints are done on 4th July, 2011 & 27th Aug, 2011.
It is not possible that all complaints done on One day. I don't thing 4th July is a Complaint Day. Launching rate was 5250 sq.yd as Mr. Amit Rawat complaining with details. If any of them booked flat or plot and have original receipt or Agreement, we will refund them as per companies rules and regulations. We already given 120 Flat possession and more in line up and will be done in few months. No, Complaints are not Fake and you all are fraud and a builder with no reputation in the market ...I have seen you guys for past many years and you are cheating everyone ...
Mr. P K Singh of Nakshatra is not at all reliable. He is not at all trust worthy. He sold us a plot in Shubham and then booked 2 plots in Alaknanda project of Hero Group. At the time of booking in Shubham he promised to get the boundary work will be done and he will get concrete poles around the plot and will put a board with name address and phone number. It is almost 2 years, he did nothing and when we tried to contact him, he did not answer our calls. We swear in the name of God, please don't trust this person at all. Secondly, in Alknanda booking, he get the plots booked at the higher rate on the assurance that he will sell the plots at higher rate and to make profit for himself he cheated us and his response is that market is down and we had to make payment at the higher rate totaling a loss of above Rupees 1, 40, 000 in both plots. He got the commission but did not pay us back the money. In the last, since he is not responding to our calls, we will write to the Companies concerned and the concerned departments to take action and all the investors are hereby informed to be very careful when dealing with this Mr. P K Singh of Nakshatra. It is unfortunate that because of the faulty system, the person like Mr. P K Singh are free to do whatever they want and give and commit wrong / false promises. We wish there should be some control from the Goverment and the Builders shoul also monitor the performance of Agents. Good luck to future and potential investors!

We bought a 320 sq ft Studio Unit at Shubham, with a Verbal assurance from Saroj Rawat who is the Manager there.
She told us that at the time of possession, if we want she herself can buy back our Unit for 10 lakhs. We have been urging her to buyback the Unit, its been 3+ years now. We have already been given the Possession for the same.
She bluntly refuses and with 0 Customer Service, refuses to keep her words.
This is Cheating. Cannot Trust this builder.

Pyramid Colonizers (P) Ltd. did not commit buy back in any way. If a builder commit to buy back, the written agreement is must. No verbal assurance.
Builder is providing possession on time, it is the commitment.

I also have a plot of 121 sq yard in Shubham as my Parents bought that land for me as a surprise and I was not aware that they have been cheated by this group.
Our registry has been done and now SAROJ is demanding was extra money from my parents and she was threatening them to their life ... She is asking for development charges and few other charges as well..
You all might have heard that recently all buyers have logged the complaints against Amrapali Owner Anil Sharma...for the delay and miscommunication in the possession of projects .
We all can unite and we will stop this syndicate properly and best part is Mr Gupta's Son In law is also favoring us as he knows in and out about Saroj and Mr Gupta's each fraud .
