It was quiet Unfortunate I met Firose Khan (One of the Top earner of Quest net) and he invited me to his residence saying He will change my life. He introduced Quest net marketing business, stood guarantee for the Questnet company and forced me to join in the business. I have joined with my family members and friends (total-10 peoples) . But after 2 months this company came under the arms of law and now it is closed. I have lost my saving in that. I approached the Questnet website and they sent me the mail stating that they will consider my and my downlines request for the refund and asked us to send the hand written request letter and identity proof for the refund process. I have couriered all the requested documents vide Dpex worldwide courier Awb no:[protected] dated 18.11.2009. They acknowledged the receipt by mail as well.
Now when I approached again for the status they are saying that our refund request cannot be processed because the product is already delivered. At the time of request itself they know very well that the products are delivered to us and they asked us to send the request. Now they change their mind not to pay us. Why I don't know.
We don't want the product and requesting for the REFUND. The product is still with us UN-USED with the packing.
Kindly help us to get the refund.

It is unfortunate enough to let you know that, the product has been received, after a lapse of six months. It was quite in discipline while following the 90 days time schedule for delivery of the product. On the other hand, it was my bad time the rumours have come all over that the company is fraudulent and facing judicial inquiry.
Luck does not favour us in doing the business.
If the Company willing to pay back the principle money I am ready to return the product as the product (Sl No. 8124/9999) is still with me UN-USED with packing.
Kindly help me to get the refund, for which act of kindness I shall be ever grateful to you and your Company, as I am in need of money.
