I am Sajith K.S. from Hyderabad.I worked in Legal Outsourcing Company called,Quislex Legal Services Pvt Ltd for around 10 months and when i decided to resign i asked my HR, Mr.Jayadev Darapu to accept my resignation on the condition that i fulfill my obligation by either serving one month's notice or by paying one month's salary in lieu of that notice and to return all my original educational certificates which has been confiscated by him.But he refused to accept my resignation and told me to finish one year with the company and only then he will return my documents.Inspite of sending him repeated requests and mails for my certificates he has been purposely calling me up and not sending mails only to tell me that he does'nt know about my cetificates and "which certificates am i talking about".I also got a threatening call from Quislex that they are going to take a legal action against me.I am a peace loving person by nature and i'v tried all possible ways to settle the matter amicably.And the only thought which has helped me to take the matter further is that if a well educated lawyer can be put into such an adverse situation I wonder what kind of a treatment would a lay man get who does'nt know much about his basic rights.
Any suggession would be of great help.
