I have taken RO Crystal Model on 8.8 10 ( invoice no 10909 , product serial no BRO -AF[protected] with three year service warranty . Its fell me like cheated by the Sale person ( Balu : [protected] ) in stating he stated that There will no maintenance cost for 3 year , but in first six month when the person came for service ( Shekhar : [protected] ) charged RS 1000 stating that this is material replacement cost , and again few days back when he came he said this time it will cost me RS 2500 to replace one candle . its look like that I am in trap where i can not come out .

I would like to to know that the Product do not have any warranty period , And there is no proper feedback to make us understand that when we have to change any part in RO.

The same person (Shekhar) came to me and replaced candles for Rs.2500 in the first year. Dunno if the warranty applies for candles also. Looks like this guy is a cheat.

Beware of the issue.

Agree. Aquafit guys are cheaters. We also bought an under the sink model a month back and evry now and then we are facing the problem with it. Recently our candle container got broken and we have been calling call center since a week now and techicial came twite but we are still struggling to get it repaired properly. They promised 3 years free so called service but it surely sucks. I will not recommend anyone to buy RO system from these guys.
