yes I do agree... R system SUCKS...
this is a company which really is a bad company
they hired me for their BPO process..night shifts..collection process.
than they knocked me out from their office, saying I cant prove my previous work experience with HCL .
'HCL a company which is just next door of R system, if they wanted they could have called them and asked and ref check with them
but
they did not, at mid night the HR called me, said you have fake experience from HCL, (fools are they ! how can i give fake experience of a company which is next door), i cried a lot, begged them told them to walk up with me to HCL, and i will prove them there it self, but they were asking for a paper, and my team leader at HCL was out, still HCL HR gave them a call to tell that I was working with HCL . still they knocked me out !

the real reason was that ..one day prior to all this happened, I had a fight with the team leader, as it was a collection process, I was getting a payment on one of the account and the team leader told me to transfer the call to him I said no ..its my payment, he took away my headset, and told me to go out of the floor, i got angry and said this is not the way, to make your incentives you can't just take away calls like that from me, but he did,
and the very next day manager called me asked about this issue i told him whatever happened, he said its not your fault its the fault of the team leader, but after 5 minutes HR called and knocked me out, without no reason,
they are not good employer, they just need girls who can satisfy there physical needs, if one denies they are knocked out like i was !
i wish this company vanishes away very soon.

My friend's brother was hired in 2009 by R systems for a project in South Africa. R-systems arranged for his travel, visa and a taxi driver to pick up and drop off to
office. He was supposed to return back to India.On the day of his travel, his Rsystems manager did not check if my friend's brother had left to the airport. After 3
days they found that his brother was kidnapped and murdered. Later the Police found in investigation that the taxi driver as the suspect. The case is still under
investigation against R-systems. R-systems (Prem Goswami) lied to my friend's family that the manager has quit R-systems but recently he had got promoted.

worst company all above review are exactly right worst incompetent management this company need to be reported to labor law and even need to drag them to court.

R system fire me because they don't have a project they, please suggest what i need to do against.
You should be extremely careful before joining this company. All across the US the company has a very bad reputation. The owner a Sikh from IIT Kharagpur has never done anything good in life except tweaking things his way. Mr Avirag Jain, the CTO, is the only man who is hardworking and running the whole show. Rekhi's sons are also big dumbos... one suffering from depression and the other a spoilt brat who studied in Berkley but does not have an iota of intelligence. ppl working under him have gone from being intelligent to dummies.
