Non Delivery of Gas Cylender after booking

My Distributor is ( R V GAS AGENCY[protected] No. 6-5-41, E-SEVA LANE, OPP: SHOBANA THEATRE, BALANAGAR, HYDERABAD BALANAGAR, Dist. RANGA REDDY,[protected]

I Booked the Double Bottle Connection on 3rd Sept. 11 & at the time of booking dealer says that it will be delivered on 4th but I am doing followup everyday but still not delivered. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service. Also they have given me receipt of Rs.1250 but they have taken Rs. 1900 from me, I don't know for what they have charged Rs. 650 extra. This is very ridicules.

Hi this srinivas

Since we are facing many probles with the RV gas agency...they not at all responding and also their phone was buzy since morning to evening...they will take up hand set and put down...

many times i have given complaints but no responce from any one...

i never seen this kind os service and behavior..very roodly they will behave...

when i am calling him after many times dialing number they said in phone they will not take the request for refil booking it seems...

is this the way they will speak...to customer...

very bad services from HP...

R V Gas Agency — Cooking Gas Leakage.

From past 2 days we had issues with the gas cylinder that was delivered to us. We had very rude service from RV Gas agency. Are suppose to die with Cooking Gas Leakage. We threw the cylinder outside. We complained but there was no response from R V Gas Agency. No helpline numbers worked.
