Dear Sir,
I would like to bring to your kind notice that Radhika gas agency is not sending the cylinder upto 20 days after booking and then asking to wait for another 21 days for booking the cylinder for refilling. I requested them to book the cylinder or send it early.
They refused to book the cylinder. Kindly help me to book and get the cylinder.

meerut gas agency — getting refill cylinder after 36 to 40 days

I got your area manager no i.e. [protected] from daily news paper DAINIK JAGARAN few days back regarding any complaint about the supply of refill cylinder, but i am sorry to say that today i have tried many times this number but haven't got any reply from your area manager. Acme Gas Agency, Vadodara — Non delivery of refill gas cylinder

I am customer of ACME Gas Agency, Sona Park, Makarpura Vadodara, Customer No. 18871. I booked my refill cylinder on 29/11/2008 but delivery has not yet given despite several personal request to the agency also this is happening every time. Pl. look into the complaint

EMIENT GAS AGENCY — BOOKING OF REFILLING OF GAS CYLINDER

Dear Sir,

Let me introduce myself as a Senior Citizen of India. I have a complaint against M/s Emient Gas Agency (BHarat Gas) which is located in NEw Delhi, Tigiri and my Consumer No.V833. I had booked gas cylinder, but agency people always say book after 24 days later and delivery will be given after 4-6 days later. They keep saying that cylinder will be delivered after 4-5 days after booking This has been become a regular practice. As we are living in a big joint family and gas cyclinder is being finished only 17-19 days. As I am very old person and could not run for this, all the time. Therefore, it is requeseted to take appropriate action as the gas agency i.e. M/s. Emient Gas Agency employees always harrased me.

Further, it is to state that last delivery of my cyclinder is 29.12.2009 and I have booked just my cyclinder on 22.1.2010 i.e. 25 days of delivery of my ealirer cyclinder as per advise of gas agency's employee. As I am facing lot of problem for non-delivery of cyclinder in time. Therefore, it is once again requested to take suitable action against the Gas Agency i.e. M/s. Eminent Gas Agency (Bharat Gas).

Radhika — Neighbours

Dear Sir,

My neighbours are keeping lot of things on the stair case like, bed sheets, bottles, glass and many other waste materials. Because of this lot of mosquitoes comes plus bad smell. most of the time he washes his hands on the staircase and even spit on it. If we say something to them, they just come out from their home and give bad words. In our floor most of them got Malaria too

I Jayeshkumar P. Thakar Customer No 32101 was in possession of my previous customer No 18260 at ACME gas agency, Makarpura, Vadodara and that was transferred to you without assigning any reason and now i am drawing my gas bottle from you for the past about four months. your delivery person stated that you should get transferred back your connection otherwise I will deliver the gas bottle after 15 days from the date of booking, as distance is longer.

It is not understood how he can decide delivery after 15 days. If you have authorised him to do so, please explain the regulation as it is clearly stated by the petroleum minister that gas to be supplied as when required by the consumer as per the norms. please explain if the ministry has changed the rules for my stipulated quantity for delivery to consumer.

I am one of the customer of Indianne gas and residing in GIDC-Makarpura Area. we were getting service from ACME gas agency, Makarpura but suddenly without any information to me they have transferred the same to Radhika gas agencies, Navapura. Now since last 5 months I am getting gas cylinder refilling service from Radhika.

My complaint against Radhika Agency is that they never delivered even a singly bottle before 15 days and not lasting the gas more than 25-28days in place we have used the same 40-45days when we were getting service from Acme gas. I have noticed the same for last 4-5 refilled cylinders supplied by them. My another problem is that they are not accepting the booking before 21 days from the date of delivery of last cylinder to my premise + after booking they deliver the cylinder 15-21 days from the booking.

i.e 21 + 15-20 = 36-41days for one cylinder refilling and the refilled cylinder can use only 25-28 days. What can I do ? I would like to know the procedure to take my agency back to ACME, Makarpura.

I have already consumed one cylinder @ Rs.980?-. To day I tried to book my refilling, they have not accepted and told me after 21 days only I can book for refilling though I have purchased the non-subsidized one.

I booked my cylinder on 22nd, July'13, As per the rules they need to provide the cylinder delivery on 2nd Aug'13 after 10 to 12 days, on Saturday I called to Agency and inquired about the cylinder delivery the counter person said will send you today itself, but we didn't get the cylinder delivery on that day, again we inquired about cylinder delivery on Monday 5th, Aug;13 after 15 day, and same answer I got will delivery by afternoon today, and when afternoon it's not happened I went to agency office and asked respected person, one of the lady were there, she started shouting on me, because she already fight with someone else who were present there and gave me random answer with very strict words, and " TOLD ME THE DELIVERY PERSON IS ILL TODAY HE WE WILL ONLY DELIVER TOMORROW" when I asked her tomorrow what time? she said that I don't know about his schedule. I told her that person passing with his vehicle many time from my home side with loaded cylinders everyday, but she didn't listen to me and gave me random answer. Last three days we cook our food from our neighbor's home because of cylinder problems.

Requesting you to take serious action on this particular problem.

And now tell me if they will provide me the cylinder tomorrow, then when we again book the next cylinder after 21 day from tomorrow or date when we booked and over 12 days, but we did not get delivery on due date. When?
