[Resolved]  Radio Tuktuk — Booked Auto Driver didn't arrive

I had booked a Tuk Tuk from Sec 17 to Cybercity on 25th May at 8:30 AM. I got a call from the driver at 8:20. Somehow i couldn't attend the call as i was in bathroom. After coming out i called the driver back ( at 8:25 AM). He said to me 'maine doosri sawari le li hai, aap company main baat kar lo'.

I had no other option and i called their booking number. They said they will send another tuktuk in another 15-20 minutes which too didn't arrive.

I am shocked at such a bad service being provided by this company. I was late for the meeting due to their shoddy service. These Auto/Cab rental companies charge money if the client cancels the booking but what about conditions like these when client faces the issue of missing their meeting/flight/train due to their shoddy service.
Is there any way these service company can be fined for such a pathetic service.

Hi All,

Radio Tuk Tuk is not at all reliable, So please avoid booking Tuk Tuk in case of Emergencing.
Tuk Tuk Hired all the "arbage People" at its Call Center, They dont know how to talk and give customer Service.

Because of Tuk Tuk, I missed my Train. I wanted to sue them for this.
they are , unprofessional people. i had same experience.
Yes it not to facilitate the customers it to harass them.1. They didn't turn up on time. 2. Never call back in case of mechanical or any other break down. You have to follow up about the status. It is so pathetic. If some public authority have given them a license then they have to immediately intervene
Worst transport facility in Gurgaon... be it any radio auto service.. The customer care people talk like illiterate.. They give wrong address, mobile nos . Auto never arrive on time..
Radio TUK TUK is totally unrealiable.I booked Tuk Tuk on 27 Jun 12, at 12.30 pm, booking Id 268671, pickup time 4.30 pm, as I had to board train from Gurgaon.Twice, I followed them at 2 pm & 4 pm to know Driver No & Name but got reply that server is down, hence SMS can't be sent and was told that Driver will give a Call shortly.But to my surprise, neither Driver gave call, nor any SMS or call from TUK TUK uptill 4.30 pm. Finally, I again gave call to TUK TUK at 4.30 pm to know status of my Booking Id and was told that vehicle had breakdown.Hence, I had to make my own arrangement at last moment.
Tuk Tuk Deptt has no courtesy to inform about vehicle breakdown to its customer.They keep on fooling many people daily with such lame excuses and donot care for passengers problem/time.Its very Pathetic service.My request to Govt. authorities to intervene and Stop this Useless so called service.Pawan
