[Resolved]  Raghav Bharat Gas Agency — Carelessness of Clerk

I am Shashi Pathak, customer of Raghav Bharat Gas Agency, Dadri, Gautam Budh Nagar (U.P).
In February 2011, I transferred my gas connection from dankaur to dadri and submitted transfer documents. But due to negligence and carelessness of clerk, he entered my name as Shimla Pathak instead of Shashi Pathak. Later I reported to Manager and he corrected my name in my book with his pen. But now in Jan 2013 when I want to transfer my gas connection from Dadri to Faridabad, then he is saying that in his records my name is not correct. And when I said him to check my Original documents then he is refusing to do this laborious job and he is not transferring my gas connection and because of that I am suffering a lot of problem here.
So please do any enquiry against him and make my connection transferable.
