[Resolved] Raghuleela Mall kandivali — Rude behaviour with bad words and threat and improper billing for services rendered

Ragullela kandivali parking department is doing a scam with the consumer as well as the managment. I parked my bike and while getting out it was 20 mins beyond 3 hrs. So they demanded 10 rs more which the staff demanded very rudely and with bad words. When the so called manager which i dont thing was really the manager 5 people surrounded me and theraned me to pay the sum. The point is not tht they carged me but the way they interact with the consumers is harsh. Till this time every thing was ok. But when i demanded a recipt for the extra time i was given a hand written recipt and nt a computer generated recipt, which said that i was allowed to park for 3 more hours. There is a big scam going on behind all this and did not expect ragullela staff to behave in this manner. It is a cosumer crime to not give proper bill for services rendered. I want a written appology from ragullela management for rude behaviour and the correct bill to be courrired to my place.
