I bought a flat # 905 in building no.B-5 of Atul nagar S.No. 79/B, Warje, Pune 411052. I got a possesion in 2006 then I requested the builder to fill the cracks and he did that but since the construction material is of such a bad quality the cracks are now through the walls in each wall of the flat which is very dangerous. My neighbours started the reparing on there own and yesterday when they were filling the cracks the material came to my flat because the cracks are not only on the upper layer but these cracks are through all walls.
From last two years these cracks are increasing day by day and builder is not ready to repair the same.
Couple of flat owners are facing the same kind of problem in my building.

Kindly take the necessary step or suggest me the procedure to fight against this.
