My Customer ID No. is 36458, I had booked a gas cylinder on[protected] at 01:55 PM and my refence Id No. is 112. Therafter, i regularly persaued the company (Rai Gas Agency) through telephone on 6th Oct., 8th Oct, 11th Oct. & 12 th oct. However, inspite regular assurance by the company regarding delivery, till date[protected] I have not recived the gas cylinder. Please look in to the matter and insure a timely delivery of cylinder. My consumer no. R31667I have booked for supply of cylinder around 10 days back
Repeatedly I have been trying telephone and rarely I get connected
Every time I am assured for supply the same day at the convinient time they ask from me.
Status is for last three days I am sparing some person at home after 02.30 PM to wait for the delivery but fail to find a person.
I am holding single cylinder connection and passing through difficult times in absence of gas supply.
My residence is in Chunnabhatti Bhopal, where, almost everyday delivery people from this agency are visiting but failing to keep their promise for me.
Please take care to deliver me immediately.
