I would like to draw your kind attention towards the following issue:-
I have booked my bike DL 7S AR 6145 on date 26-02-10 from New Delhi to Muzaffarpur but because of some problem it was laoded on date 28-02-10 but instead o[censored]nloading at Muzaffarpur it was unloaded at Baruani.
Now i am trying to find out information about my bike but nobody is ready to give any satisfactory answer, Nobody knows when my bike will come to Muzaffarpur and because of that i am facing lots of problem. I am not happy with the lax attitude of railway parcel services, They are not bothered about the inconvienience caused to the consumer's because of such kind of attitude.
Kindly do the needful to relolve this issue as soon as possible.
