[Resolved]  RAJ KUMAR UPPAL AND RAJENDRA KUMAR UPPAL — ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTION OF 3rd FLOOR

SIR,
I am RAVINDER KUMAR UPPAL residing at C-5 2nd FLOOR, MALVIYA NAGAR NEW-DELHI-110017 , i am writing this to make a complaint agains Mr RAJ KUMAR UPPAL and Mr RAJINDER KUMAR UPPAL residing at C-5 1st FLOOR, MALVIYA NAGAR NEW DELHI - 110017, are illegaly constructing 3rd floor. This is a commercial building and according to MCD, it is illegal to construct 3rd floor without a site plan passed by the MCD. Sir, since its a very old building about 20-25 yrs old, the construction of 3rd floor will hamper da building structure and will lead to huge amount of loss to our property and our lives.
Sir i beg the justice from your side. please take an action n save us from this illegal act by them.
