[Resolved] Raj Ratan Tours & Travels, Indore — BUS COACH BOOKING

Sir, I had made the booking on 03 june, 09 for a return bus ticket from Baroda (Vadodara) to Indore journey date-06/06/09 ticket no.-212 by a/c sleeper coach of Royal ratan tours & travels, A-1, ratnadeep building, Navlakha bus stand, Indore phone[protected], 4050548 the bus has the schedule to depart from 11:30 pm from vadodara to indore and my a/c sleeper coach no is K for which they have charged the amount of Rs. 600/-. after deperture of the bus they informed me that the seat given to me has been also allocated on the name of Deepa Patel so we can't provide the berth to you, as there was no convinence available in the night & bus has leaved the city area I have to travel even without having the berth, and this is really unfare why should I suffer even if I had made the booking three days before, why they have not informed me earlier, why I do overnight journey without having a proper berth. I am not able to take the help from any body as it is late night and I am having the laptop with me so I am doing the complaint online. I need the justice, I travelled last night also from Indore to vadodara by a same bus I didn't had a proper sleep .kindly help Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Don't trust these people. I was promised a 4 star rated AC Volvo Sleeper from Mumbai to Indore, but the bus was horrible. It was very noisy and extremely uncomfortable. Even had a broken windscreen. I got down within minutes of boarding it. They accept some shortcomings but did not refund anything. These are just crooks with no ethical business principles.

Excellent services of Raj Ratan Tours and Travels. I travel frequently by their buses. Very neat and clean buses, and number one in punctuality.

I traveled by rajratan travels bus, on 1 Nov 2015 bus departure time 6.25 but no MP 41 ME - 0555, I suffered by lost of my wallet, even at the time of sleeping my wallet dropped on bus floor, in the morning I searched lot and asked with bus staff but no luck.
bus stop 2 or 3 places in the night and also some passengers attend the bus near shirdi may be my wallet picked by bus staff or passengers whose attended the bus in between indore - pune route,
I dont mind for many in the wallet but I suffered due to lost of debit cards I cant do the transaction and got the problem to survive in pune this was the very worst experience.
Raj ratan travel charge the highest amount for single seat in comparison with other travel agencies except HANS travel or 1 and 2 other travel agency.
I request to raj ratan travel to arrange some cameras in the bus to stop this type of stupid activity.

The bus is full of mosquitos, upon asking to please spray something the caretaker wasim said "sare Kya aap ko hi Katne aa rahe hai ", the bus number is mp41 p 6669, running from Pune to Indore .also even after multiple request he didn't started the charging point and said every time "andar baitho hoo jayega" and then nothing happen .

Hi.

Raj ratan is the worst bus and travel experience was bad. They sell the empty seats to local passenger and we who travel with proper ticket have to the face problem. I traveller my bus Mp 41 Mr 0555. The seats sold to local passengers by driver and cleaner for their own benefit caused me so much hurdle I couldn't sleep all night. I feel even my local bus is better than raj ratan. Travel date was 9th June 2016
