Raj Traders ,Kankarbagh, Patna- 20 — Delayed delivery/ Non delivery

I, Santosh Kumar S/o Indrajeet Panday, am the customer of Raj Traders HP Gas, having consumer no.3618 since July 1998. But for the last few months I have to face a lot of problems for getting gas cylinder on time due to which I had to buy gas from open market at higher price. Last time I booked for the same on 25 August 2010(Refill waiting no. 1872) after getting last delivery on 18 July. However I have not been provided with gas cylinder till date. I telephonically complained for the same at various occassions but of no avail. Kindly do the needful so that further i may get delivery on time. E-mail: [protected]@yahoo.in
