Now a days mobile companies are charging anything on the name of WAP charges. They are charging whatever amount they want to charge or whatever target they want to achieve for marketing. Many times i COMPLAINT my telecom operator that while taking complaint you people are asking Name, Birth date, Address etc. but while charging WAP services neither you consult/Call/SMS/Contact customer, blindly charging customer. Because of that customers are feeling Helpless. This is new TECHNIQUE invented by TELECOM operator to looting money from customers. And customer don't have any forum or support from any one so they has to pay that money or else their telephone connection will be disconnected. It is very SAD/DISHEARTENING/DISGRACEFUL for telecom customer and telecom companies are looting money very easily. It is very easy way to earn money for telecom operator.
