Sir,
I have recently received my wife's( passport in which the surname of my wife has been written as 'SHARMA' IN PLACE 'ANGRISH' While at the time of filling the application form we had already mentioned her surname as 'ANGRISH'.
Hence correction is required in the passport.
Her details of passport is-
