Sir,
We have recd an electricity bill for the month of Mar - 09 (BEFORE ELECTION) having discount of Rs. 2600.60 given by State Gorvenment. We are thankful to govt. for this.
AFTER ELECTION, we recd electricity bill for the month of May 09 having EXTRA CHARGES Rs. 1126.40 (Rs. -1126.40 in column of discount). We complaint to ARO of Electricity office, Kankroli, Rajsamand regarding this. He replyed that the same amount charged against previous discount given in month March 09.
NOW IT IS CLEARED THAT THE SAME DISCOUNT WAS GIVEN ONLY AND ONLY FOR COLLECTION OF VOTES FROM FARMERS.

This is Gumana Ram Jat from Makrana.A transmission Line of 220 KV from (Merta City) Degana to Makrana is under construction.It's passing through our fields and
each Tower is covering 1biga field.
Engineers are threatning poor farmers that you have to permit the line from fields.Any interption will draw you to the jail and Govt. is not providing any
claim for this westage of field and they are cutting the tries from roots which are mostly unwanted.
During this rain season after ploughing the fields they were crashing our crops then we went to local court and got stay.That time the Tehasildar
and JEN and AEN promised us to give pass claim but now they are not fulfilling their promise.
So please put this issue to the High Authotities if the claim process is their for the farmers.
