we have booked a cylinder on Aug-01-2008 of consumer no:-18036 of name Unni Menon & the cylinder is still undelivered to us, the agency staffs promised one week of delivery.I hereby kindly request you to enquire this & help us to get the cylinder as soon as possible.

we have booked a cylinder on Dec-26-2008 of consumer no:-24003 of name Mohammed Azeem & the cylinder is still undelivered to us, the agency staffs promised one week of delivery. we have option of two cylinders and we request to provide the cyclinder as the first cylinder is empty. The agency person is informing that the request will not taken as the cylinder is delivered on 20 Dec 2008.. The delay is causing from agency people and so for this our two cylinders is now finished and now we are cooking in kerosene and wood fire. So please serously look in to this query and resolve it as soon as possible.
I hereby kindly request you to enquire this & help us to get the cylinder as soon as possible.
