i am into propety business, buying and selling as well as as devoloping from a decade .
i am my self an investor in the proprty in kude village at dreamsity.i have put my hard earned money, do you feel that we are fools to do so .
i have personally checked all the legal documents, i have recieved my allotment letter, i have personally verified the NA copy .
i would urge any body who is getting mis-guided or dillusive about the company after reading the mail, please revert to me for any assistance

He is right I have also invested every time the office is shifted but till now no process it is almost 6 years if you say they are genuinely then upload current image of work in progress

I would like say the same that the allegations put against Ram Agri are baseless as I am myself an investor. To give you a brief, I am into real estate construction, sale & purchase over a decade and would not put my hard earned money without checking the authentic records of any company.I have personally checked all sale deed, NA permissions and all other related documents for the Dreamsity and then only invested in 2700 sq ft plot .
I have already received my allotment letter as well as Agreement to allot without procession.The reason is very simple, why the company is mentioning about delivering the plot after 2 yrs is because it is in the conceptual stage and layouts take time to be actually put on ground . all builders do the same there is nothing to panic about.
What shinde is trying to convey is wrong and maybe trying damage the repute of the company for his personal gains . I would request all other fellow investors not to pay heeds to such pathetic persons and they can call me anytime for any assistance if required.
Do not worry, our money is in good hands, I trust the company and would stand by it .

I also do not agree with Mr.Shinde. In fact I have also gone to the site and the development is visible. In any case the following documents must be ensured to call one's plot his/ her:-
01. Link documents of the plot and the survey number of the land on which it is plotted for the past 20years,
02. Encumbrance certificate from the revenue authority showing the current ownership of the prospective plot. It could be on the farmers name with whom the realtor may have a registered MOU or on the name of the realtor himself,
03. Government document from the revenue authority showing its conversion from Agricultural to Non-agricultural/ Residential,
04. Check whether the plots in the layout/ your plot physically on ground is exactly in the same coordinates/ position as per the approved layout passed by the Ahmedabad Development authority/ the Land revenue authority, (don't shy to get the land record on your own from the revenue authority by paying the stipulated fees and get the land survey done for your plot location and dimensions)
05. Get the land registered and obtain the EC(encumbrance certificate) showing transfer of ownership on your name.
Friends we can guide each other for a win-win position. Our aim should be to have safe ownership of the plot purchased from our hard earned money. The realtor works hard for his business. The outcome of the deal should be transparent and a win-win position for both the realtor as well as the land investor.

I do agree with others that the originator of the thread may be wrong. I myself visited the site and found progress on the work.
Anyway we need to ensure for safe property ownership the following documents:-
01. Encumbrance certificate obtained from the land revenue authority showing the present ownership of the land with details of the Survey number on which your plot is plotted, as on the date of your deed. It could be either directly on the name of the Realtor of the Farmer with whom he must have a registered MOU.
02. Be sure that at least one plot is already registered and take encumbrance certificate of such plot which should show transfer of ownership of the plot from the realtor/ farmer with whom the realtor has the registered MOU to the present investor,
03. Ensure the link document for at least 20years are available. You can pay the stipulate government fees, and obtain them directly from the revenue authority,

Go though the complete sale deed thoroughly to ensure you are the absolute and sole owner of the property being purchased and transfered on your name and that the realtor or other agency has no right on it at a later stage, see if there are any clauses attracting any strings of expenditure you are committing at a later stage after ownership,
07. See that the neighboring boundaries described for your plot and their direction as per the approved lay out match are correctly incorporated in the sale deed in word and in the legend/ drawing as appendix while registering,
08. Do not shy to verify the authenticity/ identity of the owner of the land being registered to you with any of his photo identity cards: election card, adhaar card, ration card, driving license, passport. See that the photo on the registered sale deed and the ten finger thumbe impressions taken are of him only.
It is only an attempt to exchange helpful to each other so that we can have safe land investment from out hard earned money. A good realtor with a log-term strategy and market credibility will not cheat, he is in the market for business & profit through fair deals. Summarily speaking, the deal should be a WIN-WIN for both the investor as well as the realtor.

As per the above stated points to check on the given points against the property, i wish to ask whether this company is ready to show all the above stated documents
the company is absolutely fraud, there is no development other than making roads, which do not belong to the company .
it is fake fake fake just a show to lure poor common person.

there is no land, the entire land is adivasi, i have personally checked with the collector office at thana.

Few days back when I was looking for good investment opportunity in real estate, I contacted few reputed real estate agents in my area for investment which will give me good return in next 5 years. Most of them has suggested me to invest in Ram Agri Infra Company, which is based out of Thakur Complex Highway.
I gone through the reputation of this company online and found few of the complaints against the company so I decided to visit their Thakur complex office.
I found that the charges against the company are wrong. I spoke about the same with the branch manager that their are lots of complaints against you. He said one thing which I like to share with all readers, " The entire real estate industry is going through the a very tough time, we can't shut down our business on the basis of false / wrong or fake complaints. "
I would like to add few important points that was share by the branch manager with me
1) They have housing loan facility for reputed finaical institutions their existing customers and prospects.
2) They provides zero finance EMI schemes for the people who are not able to eligible for the bank housing loan faclities.
3) They will soon starting their customers registration in August's last week for DreamSity - Kude Project.
4) They are launching 15000 housing units - low cost affordable row house project in all their sites ( Ahmedabad / Baroda / Mumbai / Vapi ) put together on 15th Aug'15.

I booked a plot in 2013. No registration no development till date. They have closed their office and all contact numbers are not available. It seems that they are fraudsters and have looted people.

All what the above gentleman has stated is false and baseless as I have personally invested in 3 projects of Ram Agri –
Dreamsity @ bagodara –Ahmedabad. – I have already received my relevant documents
Baroda – I have received all my docs and infact I am starting the construction of my villa
and kude . – my installments are on and I have received my allotment letter .i have personally checked all the sale deed as well NA of the said plot .
how can this fake gentleman say all this fake things and mis-guide the customers of the company.
This clearly shows that either it a sacked employee or some other competitor trying to take out personal vengeance or make his own buck by tarnishing the competitor.
