[Resolved]  Rama group Pune — flat possession

Dear Sir,

With due regards I would like to state that i am a customer of
Swiss County Pune. I have bought a flat from Rama group
Builders & developer, Flat # 103.
I have booked the flat on 30th Jun 2009 and it was confirmed that the flat
would be conveyed to me on 31st Dec 2010, the same has been mentioned in the
agreement also.

With due respect i would like to mention that i have still not received the
possession of flat.I have already made 80% of the payment. Because of this
delay, I have been paying bank interest and house rent where I am currently
staying.

Please help me and guide me
