I am BSNL Broadband subscriber from Chennai (AVADI) with land line No.[protected] I want to draw your attention about the non working of the BROADBAND. I am paying very month bill Rs1100 for my Broadband . I made a complaint over the telephone N^n time to No. 1500,1504 As per their wording they said the complaint will be solved within 1-2 days. Although one lineman had visited our house he said that the wire is disconnected and had been connected.again with DP Box. But despite that the problem remains same. , we have told him the till date the problem is not rectified. Sir, despite assurances from the P&T Deptt. my problem is not solved till date/time. I shall be highly obliged if through you my problem is solved.past more than one month still (18/6/2010)
