Rashi peripherals pvt ltd — pf money not received MY/44108/580

i`ve purchased the geforce 7600 gs on december 2006 from my dealer .. now the dealer has closed the shop . since then i`ve got a problem in my graphic card. it gives out corrupt images when i play . in some games the full screen goes black . can`t see a thing . like command and conquer, fables, nfs most wanted, spiderman etc... so my dealer told me to give it to the rashi dealer in our city . that is mangalore.. so when i went over there, they saw the problem in my graphic card and said its ok they`ll replace it .. and after some days when i went over there they said that they had sent it to bangalore and it had come back saying it was alright . even though it had problem and they had seen it .. they are simply denying the fact that my card is spoilt . i`m tired of going there several times . so thought it would be of some help if i complained to you before the guarentee ended . so i request you to please take my complaint into consideration .
