Sir,
I want to inform you that I am a consumer of Rashmirathi Gas Agency,Malahipakri, Kankarbagh, patna, bihar. I always face too much difficulty because of his booking and delivery system.
They made their own rule for booking a gas cylinder.
Their rule is:-
The booking of refill a cylinder after 21 days of delivery of previous cylinder and they deliver a booked cylinder after 12days minimum.
That means if I booked a cylinder on 1/1/2011 then i will get the delivery after 13/1/2011 and If I get it on 13/1/2011 then I can book for next cylinder after 3/02/2011.
And this time they are taking 20 days to deliver a cylinder.
we face so much difficulty due to these behaviour of this gas agency. They follow their own rule diffrent from all of other agency.
please help us as soon as possible. we need your help very urgently.
