[Resolved]  Ratan Gas Agency Kalewadi phata Pune — Delivery of cylinder

i am chaitali shinde resident of kalewadi pune.i have complain against improper and irresponsible behaviour of ratan gas agency, kalewadi, pune. The people working there, the dealers, clerks and the delivery men's are really poor at their work, irresponsible and bad at behaviour. we have booked our cylinder 15 days before and not yet received the delivery.when we went there to collect the cylinder the lady over there told us that you don't need to come over here we will delivery it to your home, next day delivery man came he refused to give our delivery saying us to wait for few days as you booked late.after this next day when we went there the same lady said us the same thing we argue with her but it was of no use.and the same thing got repeated thrice. we are just frustrated with their this weird behaviour.i clearly doubt that there's malfunctioning of gas cylinder going on in this agency that's why they have shortage of stock for customer.they are selling the cylinders in black for their personal profit, and make the customer suffer . such a insane, stupid, idiotic people are they.

I am Amita Haralikar a residing at Kalewadi Pune.I have complain against improper and irresponsible behaviour of ratan gas agency, kalewadi, pune. we have booked our cylinder 15 days before and not yet received the delivery.when we call them in office, they told that the cylinder will be delivered in 3-4 days/ they will send delivery with a day or two/ wait for 2-3 days or come & take the cylinder delivery at office. We are frustrated with their this weird behaviour.i clearly doubt that there's malfunctioning of gas cylinder going on in this agency that's why they have shortage of stock for customer.they are selling the cylinders in black for their personal profit, and make the customer suffer . such a insane, stupid, idiotic people are they.

last month u had made receipt of my gas cylinder (consumer no.2473)on 28/08/2012
and delivered cylinder on 14/09/2012 again i had book cylinder on 30/09/2012
till today u r not deliver cylinder

I am resident from rahatani, we booked the gas( consumer: 45746) on 20th feb 2015. We haven't received the gas, when i called today they told that the gas was delivered yesterday and no one was at home whereas we were at home only. Normally they tag it if we are not at home nothing has happen and now they are asking us to collect from office saying it is raining. Very poor service by ratan gas. Kamble madam should shut down this center if they can not deliver this. I am logging it under public grievance now.

I am too much frustrate about Bhart Gas agency and the service provider by Ratan Gas Agency at kalewadi Phata.

I had booked a Gas Refill on dated 28th March 2015 but still I am taking rigorous follow up for the same. Personally i went to ratan gas agency on dated 17th April 2015 and got cell no of Delivery boy who has been giving false commitments and he don't bother @ anybody problem's.

His name is Avinash and cell no is [protected].

Today if i will not get Gas then I will take next step and need to submit grievance in PMO.

This may sound trivial but the delivery boys are asking for money for delivery, even after us doing an online payment. They say its the delivery charge and ask for Rs. 20. Why is this so?

I am ganesh korade living in Rahatani. My consumer number is 49422.
My cylinder is having leakage issue. I need replacement asap.
