[Resolved]  ration office andheri east — rudely speaking n no rules and manners

i went to rationing office first of all it is government office see how the office looks so dirty the second thing no one gives enquiry they speak so rudely i went stood in line for 1 hour when my number came i asked for transfering form of ration card from my husbands name to my nname he shouted n said bring affidavit than take form i went made affidavit n came back the next day another lady was there she sent me to another room there one officer was there he said it cannot be transferred unless ur husband is death i asked him than that day that officer why he made me make affidavit he said we dont have staff so we keep people like that only to run our work on temperory basis they dont talk also properly no board for timings or room number is placed someday they give form in 1 number other day in 2 number stand one hour in line than come to know that the form is given in another counter if government offices are like this how will INDIA survive
