I have one more complaint about Ravi Prasad Agency. They simply do not pick up the phone. Either the phone is busy or nobody is picking up the phone. I am trying since last 5 days to book cylinder. I am continuously trying to book the cylinderthe over the phone. Last time when my husband went there personally to book the cylinder they did not behaved properly with him. They were rude and shouting.

SirI have HP GAS Holder, My Consumer Numer is 602083, My dealer is Ravi Prasad Agency, Nacharam, Hyderabad. I want to GAS Booking Your Ph.No.27154042 & 27151510, I phoning from several phone is ringing but there is no response but there is no time to come to your office at ravi prasad agency, nacharam due to regulary i started to go my office 8.00 am then return back from office at 10 pm, so understand my problem and solve the problem as early as possible

Yes its right what his says 100% right, Raviprasad agency is very horrific person his reply not good he talk with customers very roughly manner, this type of agency how to maintaining like that HP type organizations iam talk with Mr. P Madhu concern of HPCL iam put total things of what is happening with raviprasad agency and explained how is behaviour no body can answer phones and once meet with him he talk very roughly and he use badlanguage he is manner less fellow he is telling pl transfer from raviprasad to moulali gas agency these type solution iam received

Iam N. Mahender resident of Mallapur, Nacharam, Rangareddy i have connection with Ravi Prasad Agency Nacharam, my consumer no is 611800 i cylinder recieve last 3 month back but they people booking in my no and sale private persons like hotels and some commercial business persons, i went 4 days back for cylinder they told your cylider is booked know no cylinder after 21 days you contact and they are talking very rashly they are using dirty language also, so it is more problems create to your HP brand, i have no gas from one week so i got more problem for cooking, so please take action immediatly and equir lot of things.This is for your kind information and take necessary action immediatly
