Dear Sir,
I had applied for the term plan of Rs 30 lac and critical illness of 7.5 lac and accidental death of 10 lac on 13-14 jan 2012.i.e with two riders in addition to term plan.
My policy number is 14832478.
My medical was done at Bajwa Hospital at model house Jalandhar after receiving your medical letter. Inspite of busy in election duty in Punjab I went for medical check up.
I have paid premium of Rs16157(cheque 374139 )+Rs 5820(cash)=Rs 21977
I am withdrawing my policy because of the poor service given by HDFC life's operation staff. Instead of adding my requested riders they issued the policy without them.
I waited for more that a month to get the policy documents but instead of providing me correct documents you have sent me the wrong documents. And now when i applied for free look cancellation of the policy due to you poor services now your representative is telling me that you will deduct Rs.1000/- from my account. Why you are doing this where as this is your mistake and you are charging me for your mistake.
So, kindly check your systems and inquire that where the problem is? and instead of deducting the charges from my funds kindly deduct it from your employees as it is their fault not mine.
