My father had purchased 500 shares of Raymond Synthetics Ltd ( RSL) 1993. He currently has the share certificates in physical form. From the research online i gather RSL was taken over by Recron and IPCL and IPCL was taken over by Reliance Industries.
In lieu of this how can I track the RSL share transfer to RIL? I've been asked to consult Reliance in lieu of this merger . Please advise me on the same.
