I am really dejected with the kind of services given by RBS. After the takeover of RBS from ABN AMRO, the service has been deteriorated to worst.
Once again the same stories, I am being chased on Phone by for making payment. When requested for courier details of Apr to August there was no reply from the Caller, it does shows that there are no statement sent me for the said period. They continue to levy huge finance charges and I am purposefully not paying the finance charges because of no fault of mine
In spite of several written requests they did not provide me with courier details of Apr to Aug statement. This is sheer harassment for maintaining the credit card without any complaints from last 3 years. I request to take action against such credit card companies. I just lost all patience to talk to them.
