The Bank has been levying late charges and finance charges thereof since May 2010, inspite of repeated reminders that they are illegitimate. In fact I had asked them to cancel the card, which they have not. The total outstanding which they are claiming are all on account of late charges and finance charges....not a single rupee is regarding actual purchases made by me.
Now they are using the services of a recovery agent - who calls and uses filthy language. I had reported that to the bank, but the calls are still coming.
Please help in resolving this issue with the bank. I am willing to pay something to get them off my back, and get a no-due certificate from them. Was this information helpful? |
