[Resolved]  RBS — debit from my saving account towards my full and final cc payment

I am dr chaitanya mehra from mumbai holding an rbs saving account nos1498910 on 24th may 2010 my account was debited with rs 28513.69f for credit card payment without my knowledge from my saving account,as per i have already settle my credit card dues on 18th may 2009 with rs 26000 against outstanding of rs 48839.18 only.my settlement ref nos-mu[protected]. so i wrote a mail to rbs on7june2010 regarding the malpractice the bank has done so on9th may i got a call from rbs saying that the settlement stands void and im bound to pay them that amount and rbs will not reverse back my money back?is justice on behalf of rbs to not reverse back the money???? is rbs are chors ???? i have written a mail to rbs again and to RBI allso .as i need justice as it is my hard earn money how rbs can debit my money from my saving account without my knowledge for a full and final settlement for credit card nos[protected].my mobile nos are [protected] and [protected] as i need justice.
