I am a retired person f 66 years and living in Aundh area of Pune on the address given below. Sir, I am a consumer of Bharat Gas with a number 37887 with M/s R&D c c s ltd., Shop No.1 Gol Market, Armament Colony Pune 411007. I have booked for a refill on 24th September 2011 on telephone with them and was given 92 as my order no. and was told me that the cylinder will be supplied within 7-8 days. But So far the refill has not been received. I have contacted them on telephone every alternate day and was told every time that the refill will be supplied on the day itself. I think till today I have heard this at least 10-12 times but with no result. The Agency is running a gas bazaar in Jagdish Nagar every day here near my residence and being distributed about 100-150 cylinders to those who are paying the cost of the refill at the Agency Counter and presenting the Receipt to the person there. This is irrespective of the date of booking and one can get the refill within a day or two. I have inquired in other areas of Pune like Pashan Baner and Sangavi and found that they are supplying it within 3-4 days depending on the receipt of the stock from the Company.
