In this project they gave such a poor quality work that the water tank fall within one year

The question is how can we bring it to the notice of the revenue deptt of Orissa govt and top officials of CBI, so that necessary punitive actions can be taken against them. I Dillip Kumar sahoo, cuttack had booked a flat under Maxx Unitech Developer Pvt Ltd in 2012, I paid 3, 00, 000 to the builder. But today i came to know that the owner of the builder Mr Nirmal Kumar Behera was arrested due to fraud case. Can u suggest me how can i got my money back?

I am out of Odisha and trying to contact the Owner of SMR Madhav Chandra Devta many more time but they said me wait but 4 years gone my problem not solve. Please solve.
