I paid for an REC Infra Bond on 31.3.2011 and the amount was duly debited to my account on 31.3.2011.
When I contacted REC / its agent I was informed that they had already dispatched my bond certificate at my address by post, vide speed post no.ED[protected]IN dated on 25/06/2011 and till today it is not delivered to me. When I contacted the Post office , they advised that they have not handled the cover.My complaints and requests have not yielded any results .I was asked to submit indemnity bond and on 6/3/2012 I was informed that they were processing my request but till date I have not received the same.
Please help.

REC Bond 2011 — NOn receipt of BOND
I purchased a Bond (REC BOND ) as per details given below:---MY PAN NO ABEPN7190F
Rs 20,000/-
Date of entry in my Bank account :31/3/2011
Cheque No 553901 on IOB Lake Market.
Despite several reminders I am yet to receive the bond.
Please help me.
