Attention to UTISL Friends,



Thanks especially to Mr.J.Kamalesh peter from ISW Coimbatore for at least reverting me with the details. Due to the delay I have mentally as well as financially affected which normally don't bother Banks as well as any other organisation.But being a customer at the least UTISL should have seen the urgency which I am undergoing. Understood that it will never bother any of you my friends.

Whenever there is any urgency required as individually or to any of you members you 100% sure will process it (how flights will wait for politicians and not for other passengers) but I being a mere customer it was not done. I appreciate your service and note that this all letters and fax communications will be sent as a copy to UTI chairman Shri K N Prithviraj, Chairman for making the top management understand how the team is supportive to customers.

I was just requesting you all to help me telling frankly other than Mr. J Kamlesh Peter even the branch in charge whose attention I sent the request was not even bothered to understand my urgency.

I am obliged to Mr. J Kamalesh Peter for his Help and understanding my urgency even though this request was not addressed to that Gentleman. Even my bank manger personally was following up from the day first and they were not able to help me as they are not having any records o[censored]TISL fund transfer details till date.



I had attached all the communications for your references including the fax delivered OK acknowledgment notice.



I am writing this to make you understand how much worried I am and how much metal frustration I had underwent and am going through.



As per the UTISL committed time it should have been credited to my account in 5 to 7 working days. Please see the history as below.



April 21st à Request for redemption (not included in 7 working days) but can be included as I gave request by 09:30am

April 22ndà1st day

April 23rd à 2nd day

April 24th à 3rd day

April 25th à 4th day (As per Bank Working day only)

April 26th à Sunday Holiday

April 27th à 5th day (Alerted UTISL on urgency but helpless alerted via email, Fax and spoke with one Mr. Shankar of Chennai UTISL)

April 28th à 6th day

April 29th à 7th day

April 30th à Election Mumbai Holiday where as in Chennai working day (Sent mail to UTISL as well as fax sent attention to Branch manger Chennai)

May 1st à May Day holiday

May 2nd à 8th Day (As per Bank Working day) till now amount not credited.Commited time crossed. Same in case of any bank formalities fine an penalty will be levied upon customer such as late fees. Even today spoke with UTISL bank staff Mr. Santhosh from Chennai and received certain reference number.

May 3rd à Sunday

May 4th à 9th Day (Not sure it will get credited, in case yes also if not before 09:00am morning no use for urgent need.

Dear Sir,

Even though the asked support was not possible from your end as per the communication I had with Mr. Shankar of your company. I hope at the least credit of the amount to my account would be done today at least Even my Bank manger was able to assist me from his end and he asked for the reference number under which the UTISL had done the transfer of fund. At the least provide the same.



I am writing this for a very very urgent support from your end.



This is regarding to the redemption of the above mentioned ARS Investor ID[protected] . My Bond Certificate No is 33842333 .Value of the bond Certificate is Rs.48900 .I had given requisition for redemption on 21st April 2009 and I understood that it may take 7 working days from your executive.



I humbly request you to make a urgent move to credit the amount to my account number as written in the back side of the Original BOND Certificate handed over to UTISL office. I request you so as my wife is admitted in Hospital for Back Bone Disc surgery which is scheduled to be held tomorrow morning 11:30 hrs. I am asked to deposit a mount for 1 lakh and managed to arrange partial amount In case I am receiving the redemption amount I would be able to arrange full deposit to make surgery as soon as possible.



I hope that you will understand the same and will do the needful putting you in my point of view. Please please do the needful to make the necessary arrangements to credit the amount today night itself to my HDFC account number.
