The telephone was dead till May 31, 2008 because the wire had snapped. I had registered the offical complaint ref 0508/1371 dated 29.5 2008, but no one from the telephone department attended so far, i saw the local line man and informed him to rectify the problem but he came across and only connected the wire on May 31, 2008.
I can receive calls but cannot make any outgoing calls to mobile.
