We did not receive the acknowledgement copy of two registered (AD ) sent on 16th November 2024 & 02nd December 2024 from CBD Belapur – 400 614- to Uran Raigad – 400 702.
The registered AD numbers are : RN[protected] IN and RN[protected] IN respectively.
I tried to trace it online but there is no option available to track the registered AD acknowledgement copy on the official website of India post. (http://www.indiapost.gov.in/)
We went to the post office regarding the acknowledgement copy of register AD, but not receive any proper reply from them.
So, Kindly help me in to get the Acknowledgment copy, it is evidence..

Registered AD — Registered AD not received
I have sent a letter by Registered AD on February 11, 2010, but till today I have not received the acknowledgement copy of the same. Today (23 Feb, 2010) when I went to the Post office to give a complaint they are not ready to accept the complaint saying that only after 25 days from the date of sending the letter they can accept the complaint.Need your guidance in this case - Is it true that only after 25 days we can give a complaint, if not please advise us what has to be done in this case as the letter sent by Registered AD is valid proof for us.
