[Resolved]  Registry Post from Post office — Registry post not received yet

i had send my rakhi on 29/07/09 but it is still not received.
RLA 4700.it was to receive by him in 4 days.

sir could you tell me what is the full form of RL NO. or please send me detail status of RL NO. A53. it is a dispatch record of post.

I would like to know that for how many times or duration registered with A/D letter post man approach to the concerned address of dispatch, if the addressee is not avalaible or door closed. Should the postmaster inform the addressee to collect the article from the concerned postoffice within a stipulated time duration, or he will return the article to the sender directly??. Please furnish me if some laws and clauses related to this matter or the same can be found in which websites.

Registry post not received yet
I was supposed to received the registry post till 18 Aug-2010, But still I did not receive registry post, Its 22 Aug-2010 today.It was sent from bhagat singh market PIN CODE (110001) .
These documents are very very important for me.
